A faith and knowledge resting on the hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before the beginning of time. Titus 1:2

This Hope, which we discover in His perfect timing, was promised to Adam and Eve in the beginning of time (Genesis 3:15).

God’s attributes and His nature are truth, which means His promises are true.

Eternal life found through God’s Son existed before you did good works or deeds to try to reach Him.

Grace is not a ladder.

Grace is freely given to those who believe in the promise, ask for forgiveness, and chose to love Him back.

His grace gives us mercy by way of the cross and His mercy gives us His peace.

Peace is found in the person of Jesus Christ.

Regardless of what you can see, your life has a happy ending and it has been secured by the eternal promise.

You don’t have to work harder to earn the gift of the promise or to receive His love.

You already have it.

The promise came first.

He will not break His promise…. and for that, I am grateful!  Happy Friday!
