Rise and Shine

Arise, shine; for your light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen on you. Isaiah 60:1 NASB

Rise and shine!

God’s love brings us out of the darkness and into the light so that we can rise and shine!

..the people living in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned. Matthew 4:16 NIV

Joy can’t help but radiate from within when we turn back to God and choose to follow Him, because He gives us the powerful gift of the Holy Spirit.

When you have the Light, you can’t help but shine the Light! Your heart is transformed and it beats for so much more than what we can see in this world.

The Light is attractive. It draws others near.

By our Heavenly Father’s sacrificial love we have forgiveness, mercy, and grace.

…to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’ Acts 26:18 NIV

By His sacrificial love, we become alive!
By way of the cross, we have life forever! Rejoice!

Don’t let anyone dim the Light that radiates from within.

The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. John 1:5 NIV

May your hearts turn towards Him today, may you bask in His Light, experience the fullness of JOY in His presence, and may His love shine from you onto everyone you greet!

      Thank you for your encouraging words! I lead a high school girls study right now on the island and I’m hoping to add another women’s study this fall. I will let you know for sure! It’s so nice to hear from you and I hope I get to meet you soon!
